The Office for Equity and Accessibility is staffed by a team of dedicated employees who are responsible for coordinating and supporting civil rights compliance and providing resources to address workplace conflicts. The office is comprised of several areas, including ADA and Accessibility Services, Affirmative Action, Conflict Resolution, Harassment and Discrimination, and Title IX and the Violence Against Women Act.
